residents. roof access

-
48 hr notice to the board is required if you need access to the roof. Please send email to contact@300hamilton.org.
-
The Duro-Last membrane is slippery when wet so please walk with caution.
-
The Duro-Last membrane is especially vulnerable in extremely cold weather.
-
Limited emergency access during periods of restricted visibility and high moisture will only be allowed with proper safety equipment.
-
Check footwear for sharp objects and/or protruding nails. High heels, golf shoes and athletic cleats are forbidden on the roof at any time.
-
Place all work bags, tools, parts, etc., on surface with care.
-
Hamilton Garden Lofts has selected Robin Aire as our preferred vendor for AC service. It is highly recommended that all owners contract with them as well given they have been trained on our situation. All other vendors will need approval from the board prior to access.
-
If an owner selects someone other than Robin Aire to do work on the roof, they will be responsible for familiarizing the contractor with the safety and use precautions, and responsible for any damage to the roof due to this visit. Access should only be allowed with the owner and a board member present.
-
The Roof Access Instructions / Log should be filled out and countersigned by owners, board members, and contractors for each contractor visit.
