• Monthly association dues are due on the 1st of each month.

• It is the owners responsibility to pay dues and no reminders nor booklets will be issued. 

• Dues are considered late if not received by the 10th of the month and a $25 late fee will be assessed.

• Payments can be made via Chase Quickpay (Zelle) or check. 

  • Chase Quickpay (Zelle) payment to treasurer@300hamilton.org

  • Checks can be mailed to 300 Hamilton ST APT 111, Plymouth, MI 48170.

  • Checks can be deposited in the main entryway Sentry box in the building.

  • Make Checks out to "Hamilton Garden Lofts Condominium Association".
