Please download and read our governing documents (Mater Deed, Bylaws, and Amendments) to ensure you are familiar with the requirements (both homeowner and association) of living at 300 Hamilton.  You are expected to have read and understood these legal documents.​

dues.

Dues are due on the 1st of the month.  We do not provide reminders nor booklets.  It is the responsibility of each owner to make payment on the due date.  Payment can be made via:

• Quickpay (Zelle):        treasurer@300hamilton.org

• Sentry Box:                Check dropped off in Sentry Box located on 1st inside main entrance (south side).

moving.

Please take all precautions possible to avoid damage to the building as you move your furnishings. Please make sure that either your moving company or you have hung the elevator wall blankets onto the elevator walls.  The elevator blankets (pads) are located under the second-floor stairs in the south stairwell. Please return them when your move is fully completed. You will require either a tall step ladder or a six foot regular ladder.
