Parking spots are deeded to each unit and are for the sole use of the unit owner to which the parking spot is deeded to. Details on parking spots can be found in the Bylaws and Amendment documents.

Visitor parking is located in the north parking lot off of Roe Street along the west side.

City of Plymouth ordinances prevent overnight street parking (no parking on street from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m.  If you are in need to park on the street, you may request on-street parking permits from the City of Plymouth at https://www.ci.plymouth.mi.us.
