Hamilton Garden Lofts Condominium Association (HGLCA) is self-governed. The Association (HGLCA) Board of Directors is the governing body for the Hamilton Community. 

 

HGLCA does not employ an outside management company, but seeks individual expert advice including but not limited to legal council, an architect and an accounting firm. 

 

The board includes unit owners whose primary functions include, but are not limited to the following:  

  • ​Adherence to the Condominium Bylaws and State of Michigan Condominium Act

  • Financial oversight for Operations, Budget, and House Rules and Regulations

  • Management of building maintenance, repairs, special projects and safety

  • Conducting monthly board meetings, special meetings and Annual Meeting

  • Maintaining all required property and liability insurance

  • Maintaining compliance with and scheduling of annual safety inspections in accordance with state and local guidelines.
