about.

Completed in 2006, 300 Hamilton was designed by architect Roger J. Berent.  With design influences from Frank Lloyd Wright, this building is a unique addition to Plymouth.  The spacious units are industrial in nature with high ceilings, open concept, nearly wall sized windows, brick walls, concrete floors, and exposed electrical elements.

Walking distance to downtown Plymouth, 300 Hamilton gives you access to all the Plymouth has to offer including excellent restaurants, unique shops, and various festivals and events throughout the year.

units.

Hamilton Garden Lofts enjoys an intimate community featuring 27 units on three floors.  Units 105/205 and 207/208 have been merged into single units, resulting in 25 unique units.  Each floor offers unique architectural features, with square footage ranging from approximately 1,100-2,200 square feet.

  • First floor units feature 9' ceilings, with patio areas on the Hamilton Street side, while owners to the rear of the building may lounge on their private patio with a fenced-in yard.

  • Second floor units feature 10' ceilings, private balconies, and the four corner units have larger balcony areas.

  • Third floor units have lofts features, and include balconies and terraces. These lofts feature the openness of 18' ceilings, exposed beams, and the industrial architectural elements of exposed pipes, brick, and metal roof.

building amenities.

An elevator is provided in our three story building. Parking spots are deeded to each unit.  There is a visitor parking area in the north lot. A common area terrace located on the 2nd floor south side of the building is available for anyone wishing to spread out a bit while entertaining. Hamilton residents assume responsibility for their own utilities, excepting water, waste, and recycling which is covered through Association dues.  Units are all-electric excepting the furnace. We do not allow gas dryers or stoves, as the building does not accommodate for additional gas venting.
